Comments: The manufacturer shipped the wrong mailbox post. I contacted the merchant via email
on a Sunday and I received a reply back, from a real person, in less than an hour. They also called
the very next day with an apology, the RA number, and details for the pickup. The UPS driver
arrived on schedule with a preprinted shipping label & even applied this to the box. And… it didn’t
end here. They also tracked the new shipment to ensure it was correct, undamaged, and arrived
as soon as possible. I can’t recall ever doing business with another company that went to this
level of extreme service to resolve an issue. I highly recommend this merchant & will continue to
business with this company in the future.
