Non-Defective Returns: All non-defective returns must arrive back to the
manufacturer in original packaging in resalable condition, with all original components
included, or no refund will be given.
A restocking fee will apply.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Defective Item Returns: If an item is damaged in transit, please send us an email
immediately at
Save all boxing and paperwork so a claim can be filed with the carrier (usually FedEx).
We will provide you with all return instructions to send the item back, if necessary, and
we will arrange for an
exact item replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:
All personalized items are non-returnable, unless damaged
in transit. Please read all product information carefully before ordering.

For all returns; Mailbox and Beyond will not accept any returned merchandise. All
products must be returned to the manufacturer. All returns must have a Return
Authorization Number. No refunds will be given without this number.

We recommend you return the item via a trackable service such as parcel post with
delivery confirmation, Fed Ex or UPS and insure it. Mailbox and Beyond is not
responsible for lost packages. Keep a copy of any tracking numbers in case you have
to contact us regarding the return.

Refunds: A refund check will be issued upon the manufacturer's confirmation of receipt
of returned item in good condition.
All products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty (one year). Whitehall
Mailboxes have a limited, life-time warranty offered by Whitehall Products. Please
keep confirmation email with order number.

This warranty does not include installation costs, misuse or alterations by customer.
Order Changes or Cancellations
We can accept NO cancellations or changes to Whitehall Products orders once your
order is processed.

Shipping to Canada: The shipping charge calculated during checkout is for UPS Ground
Shipping from the manufacturer to Canadian location only. This charge does
include any duties or brokerage fees which may be due upon delivery. We have no
knowledge of these fees, nor do we receive any part of them.
