What items do you offer Free Shipping?
Free Ground Shipping applies to all Address Plaques, Signs, Wedding Plaques & Memorial Markers.
Free Ground Shipping applies to all Whitehall Mailboxes and Whitehall Mailbox Accessories.
***Please Note*** - items that have free shipping only ship by ground. If you prefer a faster
method on these items please e-mail us.
Free Shipping is only for the Contiguous US(Lower 48) States only. All other locations please e-mail
us at sales@mailboxandbeyond.com for shipping quote. Place Shipping Quote in the Subject Line.

Do You offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes, we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select.

How is the cost of shipping calculated?
Shipping charges will be calculated at check-out using UPS rates.
All shipping charges are estimates and are subject to change.
If actual charge is higher than estimate, you will be contacted
before order is processed.

How long will my order take to ship?
Custom made items can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
Non-custom items usually ship within 2 to 3 business days.
For more shipping information please check the product page of the items you are purchasing.
If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within the normal time frame, you will be notified
by email with the expected shipping date.

Where will my items be shipped from?
Since most items are custom made to order, they ship directly from the manufacturer.

Do you offer tracking information for my order?
Yes, when your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?
Email us at returns@mailboxandbeyond.com. You will be given a Return Authorization Number and
instructions regarding the return of the item. Please visit our Customer Service Page for details.

Please remember UPS cannot deliver to a PO box number.
