Defective Item Returns:

Save all boxing and paperwork so a claim can be filed with the carrier (usually FedEx) or UPS.
We will provide you with all return instructions to send the item back, if necessary, and we will arrange for an exact item replacement.

A refund check will be issued upon the confirmation of receipt of returned item in good condition.
All products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty.
Whitehall Mailboxes have a limited, life-time warranty offered by Whitehall Products.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
We can accept NO cancellations or changes to Whitehall Products orders once your order is processed.

Shipping to Canada: The shipping charge calculated during checkout is for UPS Ground Shipping from the manufacturer to Canadian location only.
This charge does NOT include any duties or brokerage fees which may be due upon delivery.
We have no knowledge of these fees, nor do we receive any part of them.
